In the short term, I suggest unplugging from what you are doing, and taking a short break without activity (such as a nap) or a short break with activity (such as a brisk walk or other exercise) and then picking back up where you left off.

A good night’s rest or a visit to a place that is relaxing to you, such as a beach, a lake or a park may also do the trick to reset your focus and regain your motivation.
